Deposit Protection
All deposits covered by us for Landscaping projects are subject to our deposit protection against projects not being started within a reasonable time frame, cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period up until the point the contracted Landscaper arrives to start the project.
If the contract is immediately active then the cover continues until the arrives on site to start the project and has not gone beyond a reasonable time frame in delays.
If you cancel in the 14 day cooling of period the full deposit will be returned to you by bank transfer, if you have an active contract and the Trades Person has been confirmed as delaying the project beyond excess because of any reason including sickness or deaths related to them then we will look to bring another Trades Person in to complete the original contract within a timely manner and in this case a new contract will be completed with the new landscaper and the original Trades Person will be removed from our membership for life.
